High Path There are over 600 homes at High Path and a range of housing types from 1940s London County Council blocks to 1970s towers. Most homes are flats but there are also maisonettes, townhouses and terraced houses in the neighbourhood.

New homes The proposals for a new neighbourhood at High Path would deliver: Around 1,250 energy-efficient new homes, including replacement homes for all existing residents Over ten different types of homes including one, two and three bedroom flats, maisonettes and houses to meet individual needs and deal with overcrowding New homes with wheelchair access and the flexibility to meet changing family needs

Eastfields Built in the early 1970s to the north east of Mitcham town centre, Eastfields is a neighbourhood of 465 houses and flats, some with balconies, garages and small gardens.

Ravensbury The Ravensbury neighbourhood includes 192 houses and flats and was built in the 1950s. The neighbourhood is bordered by Morden Hall Park to the north and Ravensbury Park to the south with the River Wandle running through both.
