18. 18 Next Steps  CPUC will inform current CA LifeLine participants on Tribal Lands of Enhanced LifeLine (wireline and wireless).  Work with selected carriers to better identify eligible customers at service initiation.  Encourage wireless LifeLine providers to participate in Federal Enhanced Lifeline program.  Consult Tribal Organizations and FCC to understand barriers to participation in Enhanced Lifeline.
