2. API SPEC Q2 FOR AUDITING MONOGRAM PROGRAM BOARD (MPB) The MPB is fully staffed with a balance of User and Manufacturer interest group members from the CSOEM member companies as directed by API S1. We currently have 13 members.

3. API SPEC Q2 FOR AUDITING MPB Charge The Charge of the MPB has been reviewed and suggested modifications have been provided to the CSOEM for potential revisions to API S1. The overall intent is ensuring that the API Monogram Program continues to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry.

4. API SPEC Q2 FOR AUDITING Current MPB Activities The MPB has reviewed the forms and agreements used to administer the API Monogram Program. Many advisories will be incorporated within the MyCerts 2.0 program documents and withdrawn. Advisory #3 on Recognition and Authority of Management Representative will be kept.

5. API SPEC Q2 FOR AUDITING Current MPB Activities A temporary program advisory on the definition of a manufacturer is under consideration. The MPB is considering a number of enhancements to the program. These will be assessed, developed, and implemented in the coming months / years.
