Unit Plan  Last session we agreed to undertake a Professional Discussion around the four learning outcomes.  We agree that I will need to undertake an observation of reverent work products.  Service user guild  Statement of purposes  Heath and social care notes  Index of Policy’s Procedures and Records  Staff Files  We agreed it may be necessary for you to look at some theory's and give examples how they apply within your role as the manager.  Oral Question will be used if not all learning outcomes achieved with the above evidence.

3. Aim of Session Unit aim The purpose of this unit is to assess the learner’s knowledge, understanding and skills in providing information about health and social care and children and young people’s services
