8 Activities Identifying trafficking hot spots and establishing BLOs Providing equipment and training courses on Transnational Organized Crime and Wildlife Crime Cross-border meetings to identify standard operating procedures Monitoring performance of BLOs

12 Achievements Several border officers trained on the issue of Wildlife Crime Wildlife Trafficking understood as a serious form of Transnational Organized Crime Multi-agency cooperation largely increased (e.g. rhino case in Cambodia)
