4. WHY ARE WE DOING THIS? Kids need us! All profits go directly to Hope for Guatemala and City of Hope Used for ministry operational expenses as needed

GOALS & NEEDS Volunteers (~15 day of and for committees) Golfers (Goal of 100+) Sponsors (title, platinum, gold, etc.) Hole Sponsors (18 available plus putting green & driving range) Food & Beverage Sponsors (breakfast & drinks still needed) Baskets, Items & Services for auction & prizes 30K in profits and 10 children sponsored

6. HOW DO WE DO IT? Divide and conquer Committees with committee chairs to lead & coordinate activities Committees include: Food (food sponsor, supplies, hosting at tournament) Sponsorships (title, hole, etc.) Silent Auction and Raffle Tech (website & communications)
