2. Area of Focus The purpose of this study is to provide tutorial of technology tools and skills for my relative children. The area of focus would be to increase digital access, empowering, boosting, and supporting learners and families.

3. EXPLANATION OF PROBLEM The problem would be to gain attention of my family young members to help them succeed in life as being an college student. To enhance technology tools perfection consider helping learners progress more.

4. VARIABLES Variables will consist of four kids, two groups from 13 to 16 years of age. The two study group are teenagers of my relatives total of six equaling boys and girls. The two groups will demonstrate different technology tools due to discovery of learning performance. All in one PC and Printer Blogs IPADS

5. RESEARCH QUESTIONS Providing a home study group lab will it make a difference in basic computer skills? Will learning technology tools to enhance improvement for skills be increased home study?

6. RESEARCH QUESTION ANSWERS With the parents approval of consent to authorizing their son or daughter to join my study group would be a rewarding progress for them. Providing them with all the tools that I have will increase their ability of learning through outstanding progress. This also gives me the chance to teach teenagers and learn their behavior of one another. Teaching my family I always done all ages helping with homework and essay papers.

7. LOCUS OF CONTROL Having full control of this new study program I am in charged because this would conducted in my home. Proceeding with this give learning experiences of teenagers behavior where implementing educational goals can be accomplished. The main focus is to observe each one in different way giving support by help them.

8. INTERVENTION/INNOVATION Week one – Starts with parents involvement Week two – Data collective Week three – Conduct a meeting Week four – Feedback from parents Week five – Preparation tasks Week six – Determination of study period

9. GROUP MEMBERSHIP The only two members would be me and my assistant helper which is my sister. The guidelines would be base on collective data for a presentation project. As a team member passing out the questionnaire surveys and collecting. The next member will be keeping track of each teenagers productivity. Last the input and output is conducted based upon the progress of each teenager skills performance.

10. NEGOTIATIONS In order to negotiate indicated that an consent form must be completed before the teenagers can join the study group. A research is conducted to address each teenagers and parents of the outcome status. The negotiation agreement begins July 13, 2015 and ends August 24, 2015 a six week summer study group program.

11. ETHICS The privacy of individuals must be respected at all times. Each teenagers should be treated fair and honesty. All information provided will be kept sealed as confidentiality protected. Ethical guidelines regarding issues appear in no harm to an individual.

12. TIMELINE The beginning of this research will start on July to August 2015. The first step would be 14 days then the next step indicates 21 days. The third step indicates completed of testing and the final step would results of study group project, tasks and tests.

13. STATEMENT OF RESOURCES Two resources came from Ashford University Library that was provided into this research project. The other resource was conducted from the internet web. This project included two all in one printers, two laptops, two all in one PC, and two tablets, spiral notebook, highlighters, pencils, pencil sharpener, pens, legal papers, Samsung Smart TV, scanner, books, and disk drive.

15. Data Collection According to Shylaja, and Ravindran (2014), states “Blogs equal web blogs and twitter equal outside school, skype equal audio and video and facebook equal to communication“ (p. 20). Shylaja and Ravindran (2014) address how “packages for online learning of grammar” this is a good educational source that is needed for research papers (p. 21).

16. CONCLUSION The study was conducted base on tutorial technology tools and skills regarding relatives. The research provided information in order to succeed with this process are preparing a study group for teenagers. Learning basic skills is the beginning of creative development as empowering youth in a career setting. In general, all the twelve content present good understanding outcome of performances presented in a timely manner. These will be the youth of the future.
