Mostly peaceful protests supported family members of victims of police shootings

Current Event #2 2. “Bad Day for Humanity: Mass Killings Across the Globe in Pennsylvania, Pakistan and Australia Rock the World.” Philly family shooting leaves 6 dead; Taliban massacre 132 school children, 2 hostages & gunman killed in café siege. Suspect still on loose in Philadelphia suburb…. 9 adults also killed in Pakistani school

4. Current Event #3 3. “ One Door Opens, Another Shuts between the United States and Communist Regimes of Cuba and North Korea.” President blames N. Korea for Sony cyber hacking scandal while reopening diplomatic relations with Cuba after 50 year freeze. Sony pictures canceled release after theaters became terror targets over the movie “The Interview”

5. Current Event #4 4. “ Sandy Hook 2 nd Amendment Lawsuit: Can AR-15 Gun Maker be Held Responsible for Newtown Shooting?” Families of nine victims of 2012 school shooting sue Bush- master manufacturer for negligence and wrongful death. Plaintiffs say the Bushmaster AR-15 never should not be sold to civilians because of its military style
