Desk highlighted by side light. The camera is positioned from the protagonist characters point of view. Quick cuts to various items on the desk. Each shot only lasting 1 second. Focus pool on scissors, and gloves. Seeming like the character is preparing something. Close up of this body language book, as if the person looking at it is finding out what not to do and vise verse. Shots of phone and clock showing the hurried nature of planning the heist, and also the use of the clock shows time progressing. Continuing with quick shots only lasting a second each with choppy quick cuts to connote panic and the rushed nature. A close up of this writing on the board to highlight the ‘plot’ and to give away the narrative slightly. Tracking shot along the whiteboard where the protagonist is planning his heist. Showing important things such as the house, the target, what will be stolen. All of this is to create a feeling of professionalism. These shots will last longer than previous ones to give a feeling that the protagonist is staying calm. Zoomed out picture of the location plot to show the robbers intelligence, plotting where all the CCTV cameras are. This shot is intended to immerse the audience into the heist. Giving them a feeling they are involved, and for this reason the shot lasts a few seconds longer than previous ones. Drawing pins scattered across the table to almost show danger from the sharp point edges, relating back to the character. The pin will roll into the shot, and then back out. This is to try and give the audience the feeling that the heist is still being planned. Almost in real time instead of looking back onto it. This shot will be fast as it will cut in when the pin enters the shot, and cut away as the pin leaves.

High angle of the robber running his finer over the map to show where he is going to go next. This continues from the pin shot as it will give the audience the feeling that the heist planning is ongoing. This will be a longer shot, but will cut to an extreme close-up of the finger moving over the map. The transitions will stay fast and choppy. Constant reference back to the clock to give the reminder that time is running out and that he needs to get the job done quickly. The shot of the clock will be framed different each time, this will give the audience a feeling that time is moving and the protagonist is viewing the clock from different angles each time. Close up of the man zipping up the top of his jacket, as he begins the robbery/hack, shows characters clothing to help convey his characterization. Not showing his face will leave him as an enigma, creating mystery for the audience. The shot will be black and white to distinguish between the set up scenes previously, and the current shots of him about to leave. Tilted angle of the four areas being watched on CCTV, before he hack into it and it shuts off. Effects will be used on this scene, so the CCTV will be working, and then after a quick cut to a hacking system, we will cut back to the CCTV but with a distorted effect to show that the cameras have been hacked. This will be the signal of the heist starting. Protagonist character leaves the building, without being caught and gets away with it. A quick glance of the van leaving this quick shot leaves the audience wondering what has happened, and leaving a cliff hanger.
