2 Federal Acquisition Service 2 PSS Solicitation Launch Date – October 1, 2015 PSS Modification Issuance dates for all existing contract holders – Preliminary notification - August 2015 Official notification - October 2015 Firms must acknowledge and accept both modifications. Overview

3 Federal Acquisition Service 3 Migrations – Current Status ➢ Ongoing work with firms who hold two or more contracts under affected programs to migrate those contracts. ➢ ●*370 affected firms ●146 migrations completed ●Approximately 122 outstanding migrations yet to be submitted. ➢ Migrations team meets regularly to share situations encountered. *(Data collected 06/22/2015)

4 Federal Acquisition Service Migrations – Deadline for Migration Submission ➢ To ensure process of your migration package is processed by October 1, 2015 – The deadline to submit any outstanding migration packages is June 30, 2015 ➢ Migration packages after June 30, 2015 will not be processed prior to October 1 st, unless an exception has been granted by Kim McFall, Supervisory Contracting Officer (kimberly.mcfall@gsa.gov).kimberly.mcfall@gsa.gov 4

5 Federal Acquisition Service Migrations – Deadline for Migration Submissions continued Failure to submit your migration package in time presents the following risks: ●Potential loss of visibility for your firm on eBuy ●No further modification actions taken on single schedule contracts ●Total confusion for you and for the customer 5

6 Federal Acquisition Service Migration Submissions – Important Reminder ➢ A migration is not the time to make changes of any type to a pre-existing schedule contract! ➢ Firms with submitted migration packages must respond to actions required by the evaluating CS – failure to do so places the package at risk of being pushed to the end of the line! ➢. 6

7 Federal Acquisition Service Migration Submissions – Important Reminder Submittal of Migrations in e-Offer: ●Ensure that GSA has the migration package!! ●If your migration package status shows "complete" you need to go back into e-offer and select "edit offer," follow the prompts until the offer is “submitted.” 7

8 Federal Acquisition Service Migration Submissions – Important Reminder Submittal of Migrations in e-Offer: ●When the package is received you will get a “success” message ●Once you're package has been submitted the status will be changed to: Submission Request Received 8

9 Federal Acquisition Service Completed Migrations 1)You will use the new contract number (GS-00F- xxxxx) for all new work 1)Money follows the contract! You will report sales under the contract which the task order was placed against. 1)Agencies can ONLY find you after you upload your new file to GSA Advantage!® 9

10 Federal Acquisition Service Important Reminder Regarding SINs C132-51, C595-21, C871-202, C871-207, C871-208, C871-211 ➢ These SINs cannot be used as “stand alone” SINs – ➢ Firms who provide these services want to ensure they obtain a schedule contract so they can serve the best of both worlds – PSS and the IT, HR or 03FAC programs 10

12 Federal Acquisition Service 12 Reminder for ALL Schedule Holders ➢ Mass modifications will issue during the month of August advising of PSS conversion, effective October 1, 2015. ➢ All firms will be required to review and accept.

13 Federal Acquisition Service Reminder for ALL Schedule Holders - continued During the transition phase - No action required from firms who hold only one contract (regardless of program name) On or about October 1, 2015 the new PSS solicitation will issue and ALL contract holders will receive a mass mod formally announcing the stand up of PSS – Content of mod will contain the new SIN table along with modification instructions for adding “new SINs”. 13

14 Federal Acquisition Service New Offers – Notification found on every affected portal page ➢ Professional Services Schedule (PSS), 00CORP will serve as the platform for PSS, and is the solicitation to be completed for any of the schedules below. ➢ As of April 29, 2015, new offers for GSA Schedules 520 (FABS), 541 (AIMS), 738II (Language), 871 (PES), 874 (MOBIS), 874V (Logistics), and 899 (Environmental) are no longer being solicited or accepted. As of this refresh, offers must be submitted under the Solicitation Number FCO00CORP0000C for the Consolidated (00CORP) Schedule. ➢ Solicitation Number (FCO00CORP0000C) was refreshed May 6, 2015, and is available only through the internet. To download a copy of the solicitation, please visit FedBizOpps or link directly to Solicitation Number FCO00CORP0000C. 14

15 Federal Acquisition Service Existing Contract Holders Do not submit a new offer for additional services. PSS will be in place on October 1 st so once you accept the mass mod you can modify “to add SINs” 15
