3 What’s New Delta Comfort + - Domestic Flights Seat Map New Seat Map Displays Legend updates Southwest ‘EarlyBird Check-In’ price increase ‘Rail’ Changed to ‘Train’

4 Delta Comfort + Delta Comfort + offers seats towards the front of the main cabin, and provides the passenger with extra legroom, SkyPriority boarding, forward storage bins, complimentary beer, wine and spirits, and premium snacks on longer flights. What changed? As of May 16th, 2016, Delta Comfort + is a fare type rather than an ancillary seat offering for domestic travel. Rather than paying a separate fee per flight segment, travelers will purchase Delta Comfort + as part of the airfare at the time of booking. Differences between regular economy and Delta Comfort + fares start at $19 per ticket, and vary by market. Is this available booking in Concur? If your rule class permits premium economy (W class) then the answer is Yes! Delta Comfort + - Domestic Flights

6 Seat Map The following updates have been made specific to paid preferential seating: Seats requiring payment to reserve are noted as ‘Paid Preferential’ seats. Although these seats cannot be purchased in Concur, some may reserve them due to frequent flyer status. Users will see a clear legend for all seat types. Click on the Quick Help message for further information.

10 What’s New Southwest ‘EarlyBird Check-In’ price increase On March 14 th, Southwest increased their ‘EarlyBird Check- In’ to $15 per one-way (origin to destination). ‘Rail’ Changed to ‘Train’ References to ‘Rail’ will be replaced with ‘Train’ within the shop, book, and itinerary processes. With future releases, Concur will continue to transition from Rail to Train (such as administration, approval processes, etc).
