Location 3  Ocna Mures City is located in the North- West of Alba County in the middle of Transylvania, at an altitude of 256 m, connected to DN 107, near Cluj and Mures.  The city was born on a salt mountain since the Roman times. Ocna Mures started to develop salt processing industry and, later, the use of salt in the chemical industry.  The industrial park is located on the North-East of Ocna Mures, on the site of the former soda manufacturing plant, on the left bank of the river Mures in an unflooded area. 5. Road/ Rail Connections 5 The Park’s railway lines are connected to Razboieni station 3.5 km, through Uioara station. The Park is connected to the national road Unirea – Noslac. Ocna Mures is located at:  7 km from the A10 highway Sebes - Turda, currently under construction till May 2016;  12 Km from E60 (Bucharest – Brasov - Tg. Infrastructure On Site 8 At the moment there are 12 buildings on site with surfaces between 200 to 4000 square meters, which are used as offices, deposits, warehouses, etc. of which 7 industrial buildings in good condition with nearby available land. The remaining surface can be used for the construction of other industrial facilities. Any industrial buildings may be annexed an area required for expansion. Facilities 11 In the industrial park, residents will benefit from facilities according to the current legislation, respectively Law No. 186 on the establishment and operation of industrial parks and Law No. 2986 for granting approval to the measures of support for investments in industrial parks.  All buildings are connected to the network of roads and alleys inside;  Internal Railway of approx. 3500 linear meters serving all buildings (some have loading – offloading ramps);  The Park is connected to the sewer of Ocna Mures, rehabilitated in 2014;  It has river water intake capacity of 100 000 cubic meters/ day from Mures;  It is linked to the National Energy System by its own TRAFO station of 14 MW h, with its own lighting network;  It is connected to TRANSGAZ through a pipe located on a specially constructed bridge, with a capacity of 18 000 cubic meters/ hour;  It can be connected to E-ON Gas pipeline, located at the entrance of the park;  Administrative offices have communication facilities such as Internet connection, etc.  Exemption from taxes on land, buildings and other facilities provided by local authorities according to the legislation, for certain companies. 12. Potential clients 12 The park is addressed to all companies interested to activate on its site, for both storage and industrial activities.
