18. 1- In general FMD occurrence was a mild infection but:  Milk production: decrease estimated to 30%.  Meat production: decrease estimated of 10 % (Lebanon is an importing country for meat).  FMD abortions are negligible.

22.  Lebanon fulfilled requirements for FMD PCP Pathway stage I and continuing its surveillance plan to accomplish stage II and embark in stage III at least before 2017.  Lebanon requested an OIE twinning process with ARRIAH (OIE reference laboratory for FMD).  Lebanon is also requesting a PVS follow up mission for evaluation its current status.
