For all test materials before, during, and after test administration. Requirements: –Secure storage –SAC distributes materials to Test Examiners Administering the CoAlt Assessment: Chain of Custody
22
Review the CoAlt test book and the CoAlt Examiner’s Manual. Prepare materials and test environment. Ensure that all materials are secured. Follow the schedule for test administration. If a problem occurs, immediately notify the SAC. Organize test materials and return to the SAC after each individual administration. Before and During Administration of the CoAlt Assessment
23
Secure the materials and resources. Ensure that every student has his or her own test book and write the student’s name on the front of the test book. Check that each student has his or her own task manipulatives, score recording form, and secure return envelope. Think about the specific needs of the student being assessed. Administer available sample items to students to prepare them for testing. Review the Extended Evidence Outcomes (EEOs) being assessed. Identify and secure any individualized accommodations. Administering the CoAlt Assessment: Preparing for Individual Administration
24
For each subject, test books will have two unique forms: –Form 013 –Form 023 Each student must be assessed with the same book and corresponding manipulatives.
