Inserting Text and Pictures Use 13 key sequence when copy pasting text/images from other sources. Pictures Choose Picture ‘Enhanced Metafile’ This will help you reduce the size of your ppt by keeping image at relevant resolution Text When pasting in an already formatted text box (e.g. with bullets) Choose Unformatted Text This will help you save time on reformatting your text

Emphasis Slide 14 At times, text needs to be set against blue to pull out a few lines of text. Use this template for text and graphics when needed.
