Why would I or wouldn’t I be suited for the job? I am great with children and enjoy talking to them. I want to make a positive impact on their lives and help them learn and understand the subject being taught. I want these kids to have the kind of teachers I grew up with.

Challenges/Rewards of Job Challenges- working with children all day, pay, other teachers disagreeing, little respect, etc. Rewards- teaching children, making them understand and learn, summers off, other teachers help, etc.
