What’s a Chapter? Computer Society Chapters are the local arm of the IEEE Computer Society. 2 Society / Technical Council Chapters consist of Chapter members who share technical interests and geographic proximity. Chapter activities may include technical and professional presentations, workshops, tours, demos, seminars, social functions
