3. Culture shift was Key We had to normalize HIV for ourselves before normalizing it for our clients Offering POC and the routine offer of HIV became the new normal We actively solicited the patient voice with an extensive survey process

4. Successes supported by Measurement HIV + clients lost to care at onset of Registry: 6 Today: none POCs done at onset: 30…………….Last year 70 Result: 2 + clients Total Clients in Registry at onset: 52 ………..Today 71 Priceless!!
