2 Station# 1: Universal Design For Learning.  Audience  The entire event will be held in a large room, which will be divided into three sections, Station 1,2 and 3 will be within those sections.  Attendee’s will get an itinerary upon their arrival.  My fellow college and staff, will help with directing the attendee’s to the appropriate stations  In each station I will utilize multiple means of representation, via the use of technology to present information, which will provide visuals, audio and interactive mediums

3 Station# 1: Universal Design For Learning  Information  Oral Summary/discussion of what UDL is, its goals for the learning environment and students success  UDL is an educational frame work that was created by researchers in education, it was created as a guide to reform the educational curriculum. UDL consist of three principals, which are, providing students with multiple means of representations, multiple means of action+ expressions and multiple means of engagements. Its goals are to remove barriers and provide appropriate supports and means for all types of learners

4 Station # 1  Demonstration  I will show the attendee’s an example of an instructional lesson plan from CAST UDL lesson build via a projection screen,  followed by the video of a modeled lesson plan, Mr Pronovost Class.  Differentiation  Differentiation provides each and every type of learner with a fair opportunity to learn. By providing unique learner with equity as a post to equality in the learning environment. It provides each type of learner with the visual, auditoria and kinetic simulants that they need in order to fully grasp the concepts of lessons  The UDL principles promotes and encourages differentiations, in fact they work hand in hand.

5 Station #2 Technology and UDL For All Learner  Mission and belief Statement  As educators it is our duty to give our students, the future generation, a strong educational foundation, built with the appropriate knowledge and skills to ensure that they have a successful future post high school and beyond college.  Goals  Provide students with equity  Promote motivation, confidence and engagement

6 Station # 2 Technology and UDL For All Learners  Courses and Programs  Business and Marketing Education  Hospitality and tourism  Human Services  Cosmetology  Public Safety  Architecture and Construction  Agriculture and Natural resources  Information and Media technology

7 Station# 3 21 st Century Skills And Acquisition and Employability  Showcase Course  Business and Marketing education, this course provides students with a variety of skills, that can be applied in the information management and customer relations management.  The 21st-century skills from each of the four 21st-century outcomes represented in the Partnership for 21st-Century Skills framework that students should gain as a result of participating in the course are Life and career Skills, promoting leadership and responsibilities, and learning and innovations skills which promotes critical thinking and problem solving.21st-Century Skills

8 #3 Station 21 st Century Skills And Acquisition and Employability  ICT Literacy outcome  Students will learn how to use technology to manage information in a legal and ethical manner  Students will learn how to use technology to communicate  Tech/digital tool utilized in this course is the computer and a variety of software programs that are in alignment with the course.

9 Station #3 21 st Century Skills and Acquisition and Employability  Interaction in this station  There will be a variety of technological gadgets, that is currently being used in the learning environment, and attendee will be allowed to use, observe and learn about how they are used in the learning environment to promote students learning.  New Technology  Student’s will greatly benefit from the upgraded technology from the approve bond. Approving the bond will allow the school to provide and equip students with the appropriate technology needs for them to succeeds in the learning environment.
