Fuels, liquid asphalt, and other petroleum products on the three sites are held in large concrete containment areas. 3

There is a large pile of used asphalt being recycled. Shingles are also reused. 4

Concrete Batch Plant. This is the wash out area. All drainage is contained in a 3 chambered series of cells. The batch plant has two towers for loading. 5

This pond catches drainage from the two batch plants. Concrete truck parking is next to the pond in the previous picture. 6

Wash area is on the west side of the facility. Wash water is discharged directly offsite through the channel in the concrete. 7

Another view of the concrete channel leading offsite. These sediments are a mix of oil and dirt. There was a strong odor of petroleum products. The washing equipment is on two trailers. The track-hoe is about to be washed. 8

These are close up views of the wash water outfall. A ditch has been cut in the dirt bank to the west of the site to allow for drainage on to the adjacent property. 9

These views show areas that drain to the wash water outfall. There are trucks and equipment parked up hill of the outfall. 10

This view shows the sloping ground leading down to the wash water outfall. There is a large oil stain here. 11
