The dealership facility entrance had been reconfigured and was moved north onto the City of National City easement which is believed to contain buried waste along the northwest boundary. The easement was observed covered with new asphalt and concrete. 1 N

A 10-12 inch excavation was observed for repairs made to an electrical conduit. A new electrical pipe had been installed within the existing electrical PVC piping. The trajectory of the electrical piping appears to travel towards the disposal site boundary. Photo #2 was taken looking southeast. 2

An RKI Eagle combustible gas indicator was used to measure landfill gas above the surface and measured 120ppm. Photo #3 was taken looking east. 3
