Transmission electron microscope (TEM) image, high-resolution TEM image, and selected area electron diffraction pattern of the silver nanoparticles in PTA15 glass sample. A few nanoparticles are shown with arrows. The lattice constant of one nanoparticle matches the latter value corresponding to bulk silver in the 200 direction.
