11. Solutions regarding TEA cultivation in Bangladesh : 1. Law and order situation of the tea estates must improved. 2.Purification of water must be ensured. 3. In order to face this natural calamity, short term and long term measures should be taken. 4. Providing “LABOR FACILITIES” or “Employee Walfare“.
