10 Recent Problems regarding TEA Production in Bangladesh : 1.Deteriaroation of law and order. 2.Lack of pure water and purification process. 3. Unexpected natural calamity. Such as ; drought. 4.Shortage of medicine and lack of other facilities for the labors.

11 Solutions regarding TEA cultivation in Bangladesh : 1. Law and order situation of the tea estates must improved. 2.Purification of water must be ensured. 3. In order to face this natural calamity, short term and long term measures should be taken. 4. Providing “LABOR FACILITIES” or “Employee Walfare“.
