OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR CENTERS Centers that fulfill the following conditions may be established: Subsidiary is at a distance of over 50 km from the nearest REGITRA branch office Subsidiary has conditions to develop adequate material and technical examining facilities Possible to work out at least four practical testing routes suited for a particular category The center is profitable
