Telephones - cabling installed, need phones Video matrix switching - on hold until PCs are operational Mac Pro for Outreach - needs to be installed Apple TV - purchase order placed Tuesday, shipment in February Status displays - need a hardware plan for “outside” status displays VRVS PC - waiting for Windows Vista Webcam enclosure for exterior - need installation plan for Prevessin VGA2WEB devices - on hold until PCs are operational

5 Proposal for LHC@FNAL Resources Resources: 4 consoles –#1 consoles, which are “assigned” to CMS and LHC, can be reserved by submitting a rudimentary 30-day (?) plan with types of activities and rough time estimates –#2 consoles, for which CMS and LHC have “priority,” can be reserved by submitting a more detailed plan that might involve making reservations (MeetingMaker) 1 conference room (1-East) –Directorate has the highest priority –Priority goes to the group (CMS or LHC) that is using the Remote Operations Center most actively, but this will still require making a reservation (MeetingMaker) –Third priority assigned to outreach activities –Room will also be available for non-LHC@FNAL users, but recurring meetings will not be scheduled.

6 Proposal for LHC@FNAL Resources CWG, LWG, and OWG should submit a 30-day plan (??) by next Thursday (Jan. 25), 5:00 pm –Approximate starting date: Feb. 1 –Rough idea of when the room will be used, and for what purpose (include dates and times, if known) To reserve 1-East (proposal!): –Email - epp@fnal.govepp@fnal.gov –Cathryn Laue - x3201 –Cindy Kennedy - x6656 CWG, LWG, and OWG should submit a list of names for people who need access to the Ops. Center, by next Thursday (Jan. 25), 5:00 pm
