Proposal for LHC@FNAL Resources Resources: 4 consoles –#1 consoles, which are “assigned” to CMS and LHC, can be reserved by submitting a rudimentary 30-day (?) plan with types of activities and rough time estimates –#2 consoles, for which CMS and LHC have “priority,” can be reserved by submitting a more detailed plan that might involve making reservations (MeetingMaker) 1 conference room (1-East) –Directorate has the highest priority –Priority goes to the group (CMS or LHC) that is using the Remote Operations Center most actively, but this will still require making a reservation (MeetingMaker) –Third priority assigned to outreach activities –Room will also be available for non-LHC@FNAL users, but recurring meetings will not be scheduled.
