Users and other projects User survey What do users think? Why do they use the NGS? Are they happy with us? Ties in with 3 other JISC funded projects ENGAGE – OMII-UK and NGS eIUS - e-Infrastructure Use Cases and Service Usage Models e-Uptake – enabling uptake of e-infrastructure services

Engagement or PR? Infrastructure now in place Targeting of specific communities / research groups Collaboration with other user engagement project outcomes Specialised support and training Continuation of outreach

Thoughts so far Follow up to initial show of interest (eg after conferences) Why do people not want to use it? –Time investment –New technology –No interest!
