PARTNERSHIP Menace Soccer at the TRIBE Indianola Soccer Tribe Club will partner with Des Moines Menace to offer the best training program available. By partnering with the Des Moines Menace, Soccer TRIBE will receive unparalleled supplemental training for players and coaches via the Menace's professional soccer organization. Every player and coach will experience high level professional coaching/training from the Des Moines Menace through clinics and professional training sessions. The Indianola Soccer Tribe Board believes that this partnership will enhance an already strong program and take TRIBE to a new level of soccer experience.

Half the players w/ balls and half without. Player on the ball moves around and dribbles and defenders have to shadow/defend the player dribbling passively. On coaches signal "CHANGE" the players who are defending move to a different player. Variation: Defenders have to actively defend.

II. Small Sided Activity (SSA) 1.Duration: 15 minutes 2.Intensity: Medium/High 3.Intervals: 8-10 reps 4.Activity Time: 60-80 secs 5.Recovery: 30-45 secs

II. Small Sided Activity (SSA) 1v1 - Player without the ball tries to prevent player with the ball from dribbling pass the grid end line. Coaching Points: focus on your footwork speed, pressure, contain, delay, still, eye on the ball/ body low, lead with your arms/touch tight, force player with the ball outside.
