Vision – What we want to be.... To be a Regional Christian Community Centre with an igniting passion for God and His kingdom throughout our community and beyond by reflecting the life-changing message of Christ in all that we do. Core Strategic Goals: 2012 – 2014 In response to God ’ s love, in the name of Christ and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit: 1. We will raise the spiritual profile and ministry opportunities in both the Recreation Centre and Lightning Programs.

Core Strategic Goals: 2012 – 2014 In response to God ’ s love, in the name of Christ and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit: 2.We will sharpen the evangelistic focus of all our ministries, especially amongst children and families, youth, young adults and seniors.

Core Strategic Goals: 2012 – 2014 In response to God ’ s love, in the name of Christ and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit: 5. We will have an emphasis on relational evangelism. We aim to encourage and equip people to share their faith at home, at work, at their place of study and through their daily connection in the community.

Core Strategic Goals: 2012 – 2014 In response to God ’ s love, in the name of Christ and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit: 6. We will proactively communicate Lakeside ’ s identity and vision to the church and rec centre communities as well as the broader Christian community.

Core Strategic Goals: 2012 – 2014 In response to God ’ s love, in the name of Christ and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit: 8. We will provide multiple ways for people to grow in their relationship with Christ as well as establishing and implementing discipleship pathways.

We identify that for this to happen we must ensure that worship services are engaging, spiritual and inspirational with relevant biblical preaching and a real sense of family and belonging. We will aim to improve all that we do during these services.
