2.  Voltage Regulators and Capacitors.  LM7805 (9V  5V)  LM3940 (9V  3.3V)  LM317 (5V  3.6 V)  ADC, DAC.  JTAG HEADER resized.

3.  LM3940 outputting 3.65V  LM317 not functioning correctly.  Fixed, Resistance too high. Too much Current wasted.  680 and 330  Bypass made. Adding second Source for 3.3V input needed.

5.  Solder MCU, New CRYSTAL, JTAG Header, Op Amp  Test Basic code for MCU Functionality  Op Amp Gain tests  ADC Tests.  Layout update
