Oxgang Primary School Charter Look after everyone. Be polite and kind. Always act sensibly, respecting the school and everyone in it. Make healthy choices and not waste food and water. Always be honest. Encourage and include everyone. Try our best. Respect the ideas and opinions of others.

Oxgang Primary - Welcome n Primary 1 class teachers Miss Taylor and Miss McNeil n Primary 1 come to school Wednesay 17 th August at 9am n 9am-12:30pm Wed 17 th – Fri 2 nd Sept n Full time from the first Monday in September (Mon 5 th Sept)

Oxgang Primary – Welcome n What should my child wear? –Grey skirt or trousers –Blue shirt or blouse with school tie –Grey knitted jumper or cardigan –Pale blue polo-shirt and royal blue sweatshirt for gym days –Soft indoor shoes with elastic – not laces or velcro! –Waterproof jacket –LABEL ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! School uniform available from Tesco.com School ties available from Baru or school office can order.

Oxgang Primary – Welcome n What about the school bag? –Back pack or shoulder bag big enough to fit A4 documents –Pencil case with two sharp pencils and rubber –Small selection of pencils, crayons or felt pens –A labelled water bottle with a spout

Oxgang Primary – Welcome n What happens at playtime? –Health Promoting School –Healthy Tuck Shop – fruit, milk, juice –One small healthy snack –Water bottle with spout n What happens at lunchtime? –Hot lunch or deli –Packed lunch – please pack what you expect you child to eat –Home lunch –Playtime –Toothbrushing –Lunch available for P1 from day 1 if you wish.
