80. Common Problem 1 – Solution Need to uninstall Go to the “Start Menu” Control panel Uninstall a program Find CHART in the list and click on it Choose uninstall

82. Common Problem 2 Get the following message in MIQUEST: There has been an error parsing AAAF.HQL: Bad syntax:*: line 0 You should report this error to the author of the HQL query

100. Common Problem 5 Get the following message when trying to open final spreadsheet in CHART. Summary failed to run – mismatch of field names. Ensure latest version of summary sheet and query set are both installed. Then rerun query.

101. Common Problem 5 - Solution Problem caused not deleting old query / response files. Delete contents on both folders. Re-run from beginning. Should now work

102. Other Hints If visiting a practice make them aware of what is needed ahead of time. Delete query and response files. Re-running can solve issues. Go through the steps again.
