15. Other conditions for Business Associates 1. The Business Associate should follow the terms and conditions strictly has stated in the agreement. 2. The Business Associate should have the outlet space according to the company ’ s policy. 3. The Business Associate should design the outlet according to Interior Decorator of the company. 4. The minimum first order should be of Rs 10 Lacs. 5. The Business Associate has to pay the brand fees to the company. 6.The Business Associate has to pay the marketing fees for various marketing propaganda and promotional schemes in advance for the first 3 months.

16. Expected Earnings Expected earning is assumed per product between 50-70%.
