Explain the benefits to an individual of knowing how their role fits within the team and organisation. Explain how to recognise and resolve conflict situations within a team. Explain the benefits of a personal development plan to the individual and business. Explain the importance of feedback in personal development. State the methods available to identify own training needs. State the resources available for improving own performance.
