Can contain different material according to audience and need It explores a people’s culture, traditions, character, values, beliefs and customs. History

PART 1 – PREAMBLE Focuses on legislative requirements, CALD programs, quality issues and user rights PART 2 – BACKGROUND INFORMATION on a specific CALD group NSW and aged care planning region demographics (and socio economic status) Brief migration history and socio economic status in Australia Language and dialect(s) Customs/traditions Religion/spirituality Family/extended family relationships
