23 Determining a hardware fault Middle Power LED not green? Check power adapter, if continues Unit Failed. Status LEDs are alternating green/red consistently: Corrupt software, Unit Failed. No Ethernet lights: Dead Ethernet, Unit Failed. USB recovery procedure not successful nor provides any information: Unit Failed.

24 Determining Software version or fault Insert USB key and wait at least 15 seconds, remove and install on a PC. Noteworthy files include: – uIPBXinfo.txt Includes version information and IP address – iIPBX_logs/uIPBX.log Troubleshooting log Enabled through GUI – Reporting > System Logs > ‘Start Logging to USB’

25 How to do a factory reset and recovery Factory reset – GUI > Factory Reset (configuration) Recovery – Recovery through USB (pikaupbx.reset) – Firmware recovery (bin file)
