3. Hello, my name is Lizzie. I'm in 6 th grade. I go to United Elementary. I love riding horses. I live and work on a dairy farm. I have 1 horse, her name is Mandi. I show cows at the Columbiana County Fair. I have 4 brothers and 2 sisters. I like barrel racing and going on trail rides. I also like chasing cows. I enjoy the Columbiana County Fair every year and staying all week without out going home.

5. I chose this entry because it was from the beginning of the year and it wasn’t a very good writing and it had no detail.

6. I chose this entry because it was better than the first and it had a lot more detail than the first one.

7. Within this year I myself think I have improved because at the beginning of the year I was not into writing at all. In the middle of the year I started to like writing, and at the end of the year I'm like writing and its more fun than it was.

8. I think I have improved on my reading skills. I actually want to read the book and not just read it to get done with it for the 8 books or my book presentations. I have also noticed that I'm reading thicker books or books with a lot of words on a page.

12. I really enjoyed this book because it was attention grabbing and when Mrs. T would stop reading the whole class would be like noooooooooo. It was very sad when Tony died because he was funny.

13. This book was not my favorite teacher read aloud but it was still a very good book that grabbed all of our attention.

14. This book would be in second place for all the teacher read alouds because it was a very good book and I don’t usually like historical fiction books but this one was sad but funny.

15. This was my favorite book out of all the teacher read alouds because it caught everybody's attention and it was funny. It had a lot of detail and was written very well.

16. This is a good book, Jesse is my favorite character.
