Levitra 20 mg Getting started with Firefox New to Firefox? Well you’ve come to the right place. This article covers all the basics and will get you up and running in just a few minutes.

Browsing the web Setting your home page Setting your home page in Firefox is easy. Just drag the site's icon to the Home button. For more about your home page and to set what tabs show when you open Firefox, see the next slide next

How to set the home page Setting your home page in Firefox is easy. Can't decide on just one page? No problem. Firefox lets you set a group of websites as your home page. This article will give you some examples and step-by-step instructions for customizing your home page settings to best fit how you work.

Set a single web site as your home page 1.Open up the website you want to be your home page. If you want a blank home page, open a new tab. 2.Click on the icon to the left of the web address, drag it to the Home button and then let go. 3.Click Yes to set this as your home page. Try it out: Click the Home button and your new home page will load in the current tab. It doesn’t get much easier than that!

Set more than one website as your home page 1.Open a new window and load up the first website you want to be your home page. 2.Click the new tab button and open the next website you want to be part of your home page group. Repeat this step until you're done opening all the pages that you want in new tabs.

3.At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options menu and select Preferences... menu and select Preferences menu and select Options... menu and select Preferences... menu and select Preferences.... 4.Select the General panel. 5.Click on Use Current Pages. 6.Click OK to close the Options window to close the Preferences window. Try it out: Go ahead and close all of your tabs and click the home button. Watch all of your chosen pages open up in tabs. Do it again; you know you want to.

Restore the default home page If you want to get rid of your home page customizations, this is the way to do it. 1.At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options

2.Select the General panel 3.In the Startup box, click Restore to Default. 4.Click OK to close the Options window to close the Preferences window.

Set what pages open when Firefox starts This is a great feature you can use in addition to the home page settings. To save time you can have Firefox open the pages you were visiting the last time you used it so you can continue right where you left off. 1.At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options menu and select Preferences... menu and select Preferences menu and select Options... menu and select Preferences... menu and select Preferences.... 2.Select the General panel panel in Firefox 3.5). 3.In the Startup box click the drop-down menu next to "When Firefox starts:" and select what Firefox should display when it starts up.  Show my home page - Displays the home page (or home pages of course).  Show a blank page - Displays a blank page (this loads fast – no waiting for lots of tabs to load).  Show my windows and tabs from last time - Opens the pages you were visiting the last time you used Firefox so you can continue right where you left off. 4.Click OK to close the Options window. Try it out: If you really want to get fancy, you can set a group of websites as your home page and set Firefox to open the pages you were visiting the last time you used it. That way you can pick up your work where you left off and have one click access to your favorite sites

Trying it all together Firefox is really flexible – allowing you to decide what works best. Keep it simple and set a single website as your home page or set up one click access to all of your favorite website and save time by having Firefox pick up where you left off when it starts. What works best for you? Go ahead and try a few things out.
