3. TMDEI Access For our customers, access to the TMDE Index has been only available through the semi-annual distribution of the CD-ROM With our database move into PMS-MIS, we are now able to provide real time access into the TMDE Index.

4. TMDEI Access To gain access to TMDEI On-line – 1.Please complete Par t I and Part II of the PMSMIS Authorization Access Form. If you are a contractor, Part II needs to be completed by your Government Sponsor. The access form can be requested by email request to NAVSEA_GPETE_HELP@navy.mil and will be distributed as part of the final minutes of this meeting. NAVSEA_GPETE_HELP@navy.mil 2. Forward the completed form to Rich Devenero, electronically with your digital signature to Richard.devenero@navy.mil, or a signed copy by FAX to 732-866-2149. 3. Once access has been approved, new account information will be emailed to you.
