results a stimulating and good way of acquiring knowledge that also promoted flexible and self-directed study an overwhelming amount of material on the Web, making it difficult to find appropriate material critically evaluating resources is a complex task, but at the same time it fosters a critical attitude using OER is a complex task requiring preparation, time and appropriate skills to manage successfully

conclusions we succeeded to flipp the classroom the students were well prepared for the sessions at the training center networking with other students? more work is needed to change a traditional culture more professionalproduction of material but also use of much more OER
