OBJECTIVES: PRESENTER WILL… 1.…REVIEW PURPOSE OF THE ACTION RESEARCH STUDY (ARS) 2.…REVIEW VARIABLES OF THE ARS 3.…STATE QUESTIONS WHICH WILL GUIDE THE FOCUS OF THE ARS 4.…DISCUSS THE INTERVENTION OF THE AR 5.…DISUCSS MEMBERSHIP OF ACTION RESEARCH GROUP (ARG) 6.…DISCUSS AND REVIEW NEGOTIATIONS OF THE ARS 7.… REVIEW THE TIME LINE OF THE ARS 8.…LIST RESORUCES NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE ARS 9.…DISCUSS THE PROCESS OF WHICH THE DATA WILL BE COLLECTED
3
AREA OF FOCUS: WHAT IS THE PURPOSE? Plateau Sister Competition Media hype? “Research” Hype? PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to compare workout routines to investigate which routine best fits my body type and produces the most effective results in the minimal amount of time.
