20
END OF THE YEAR REPORTING SCHOOL HEALTH DATA WILL BE PULLED BY KDE ON JUNE 1 ST, 2016. PLEASE REVIEW ALL HEALTH DATA AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR BEFORE THE DATA PULL
21
IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE THIS IS THE BEST REPORT TO HELP YOU KEEP UP TO DATE ON STUDENT IMMUNIZATION STATUS THE ONLY INFORMATION THAT KDE COLLECTS REGARDING IMMUNIZATIONS IS CERTIFICATE DATE, EXPIRATION DATE AND CERTIFICATE TYPE
22
IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE IS NOT MONITORED OR REQUIRED FOR KDE REPORTING. IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE RULES ARE NOT UP TO DATE IN INFINITE CAMPUS, THEREFORE, DO NOT USE THIS AS A GUIDE THE REASON WE SUGGEST THAT DISTRICTS ENTER INDIVIDUAL IMMUNIZATIONS IS TO MAKE THE COMPLETION OF THE YEARLY DIVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH IMMUNIZATION SURVEY MUCH EASIER.
24
HEALTH SCREENING COMPLIANCE THIS REPORT WILL SHOW YOU WHO HAS OR DOES NOT HAVE HEALTH SCREENINGS RUNNING THIS REPORT MONTHLY WILL ALLOW YOU TO DETERMINE WHO IS STILL MISSING REQUIRED HEALTH SCREENINGS

IN THE INDEX TAB, GO TO HEALTH, REPORTS, HEALTH SCREENING COMPLIANCE
26
-CHOOSE THE SCREENINGS YOU WANT TO SEARCH FOR -CLICK “GENERATE REPORT”
28
TROUBLESHOOTING INFINITE CAMPUS IS VERY “PICKY” ABOUT HOW THE SCREENINGS ARE ENTERED. IF CERTAIN BOXES ARE COMPLETED, IT WILL NOT BE COUNTED AS COMPLETED AND COMPLIANT
29
- THE “TYPE” BOX IS NOT COMPLETED, THEREFORE IT WON’T BE COUNTED BY IC
