Window Treatments When considering treatments, remember that the view from the outside must be considered along with the view from the inside. There are two purposes for window treatments. To control light and air and provide privacy To complement the overall design scheme of a room Different windows require different window treatments. Determining factors include architecture of the building, shape and placement of the window, size and use of the window, and the desired effect.
