32 Zeng Hao曾浩 is a fairly well-known and successful contemporary Chinese painter. He is linked to his depictions of fairy goddess inspired by the Dunhuang fresco of Gansu. He was born in Kunming, Yunan in He studies Fine Arts school in Sichuan for his secondary education and moved onto the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing in , before beginning a career in teaching. Many of his works (including his landscape paintings) come across with sense of mystery and softness. With good eyes for details, he managed to synthesize different cultural traditions into his Dunhuang goddess series and yet maintain a Chinese-ness to his images. In his own words his goddess “is the embodiment of the saint, nobleness and goodness of Human nature”. Sa Dingding 萨顶顶 is a Chinese folk singer and songwriter. She is of mixed Han and Mongolian ancestry. She sings in Putonghua, Tibetan, Sanskrit and even invented a language for her songs. In 2008 she won the BBC World Music Award for the Asia-Pacific region and held concerts in several world cities. She was born in 27 Dec 1983 in Shandong. She was influenced by the nomadic music of her grandmother in Inner Mongolia until the age of 6. She studied philosophy and music at the Beijing Central Conseratory of Music.
