Features and benefits A feature is a description of our service A benefit is what difference that makes to our clients life People are interested in and buy benefits, not features Remember - “So What?” principle

Marketing..general thoughts Understand that people don’t care about the product or service: they care about themselves and solving their problems. At Pathway- we have many solutions that help individuals and businesses, do you know all of them? Remember to see it through our clients’ eyes Relationships are built by personal contact Don’t be afraid to talk to people – If possible avoid using email as a substitute to talking to people Everyone at Pathway should be involved in promoting our services and in fact selling our services wherever possible
