Integrated Services Administrative Team Members of ISA team will participate on a leadership team Rod Ball and Julie Davies – Northwest Jerry Schnabel and Dennis Sinclair – Northeast Amy Moine and Mary Stevens – East Carol Sensor and Kim Swartz – South ISA meeting schedule and minutes will be shared with leadership teams ISA will have leadership team agendas distributed two weeks prior to leadership meetings ISA is open to ideas and/or concerns from leadership team members and staff members

Collaborative Teams Team representatives will participate as members of the collaborative team for their assigned district(s) Collaborative teams will meet four times during the year September/October November/December January/February April/May Collaborative team members will participate in professional learning opportunities regarding data interpretation and organization

Collaborative Teams The Special Education Coordinator and the Educational Services Consultant will collaboratively develop the agenda with input from ISA and leadership team Mary, Jerry and Julie will dialogue with district administrators about the purpose of the collaborative team meetings

Culture /Climate Survey Action Plan All service areas will use a consistent process to request technology and materials that are needed by staff to enhance their job performance. Expectations will be clearly shared with all staff regarding the priorities for their work and learning. Emphasis will be placed on recognizing staff for positive contributions to the agency’s work. We will focus on actions that result in positive outcomes. The professional development plan and evaluation process will be reviewed to more explicitly align with staff progress on the job and to connect a staff member’s role with the agency’s vision and mission. Communication about agency decisions will explicitly explain the reasons for the decision and how the decision was made.
