What is ELAC? What is ELAC? ELAC stands for English Learner Advisory Committee. Each California public school, grades kindergarten through 12, with 21 or more English learners must form an English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC). ELAC meetings are held to encourage parent participation in their students' education. ELAC meetings held at Mesa View MS provide meaningful ways for parents to access resources available at school.
