9. Select a “Full Video” Option and see a complete video or change to any of the segments To see the full video, you would select the top option. Or you can chose to see various segments of the video. If you want to save this video link to use later, you can add it to “My Content.” You can also select the stream and download type

11. Related Materials When you click the “Related Materials” tab, you will see links to a variety of resources including Teacher Guides and Blackline Masters.

12. To View (or Stream) the Video Click on the arrow icon

13. To Download the Video Click on the video download icon

14. How to Download We’ll use this 1:00 min video segment to download.

15. First... Click on the video download icon. This dialogue box will open.

16. Second... Select “Save”

17. Before the Download starts... You will need to decide where to save your video. (I have created a Temp holds folder for all the videos I want to check first.)

18. Then... You can accept the default name of the video, or name it what you would like. (I have accepted the default name.)

19. Then... Once you click on “Save” the download will start, and you will see this screen.

20. And, finally... Once the download is complete you can click on open or open folder, and there will be your video – remember where you save it.

21. My Content is a new and versatile space that you can use to organize personal Playlists, assignments, quizzes, and writing prompts as well as share resources with colleagues. My Content

23. Use for Your Classroom Help is available on the Discovery website under the Teacher Center.

24. With the Assignment Builder, you can create online activities that feature videos, images, encyclopedia articles, and calendar events that you select from the Discovery Education streaming libraries. Students visit the Student Center to access these materials. Assignment Builder

25. With the Quiz Builder, you can modify existing quizzes or create your own online assessments using digital resources from the Discovery Education streaming libraries. As with projects created with the Assignment Builder, students visit the Student Center to access these materials or log into their own student accounts to access assigned quizzes or assignments by their teacher. 26. The Writing Prompt Builder provides a tool to let you create your own writing activities using digital images from the Discovery Education streaming library. You can use the completed prompts directly from the site or give students access through the Student Center. Writing Prompt Builder
