Adult leadership development activities appear to magnify the effects of perceived organizational support for creativity on perceptions of opportunities to actually practice creativity. Youth development activities in childhood may help organizational members to perceive opportunities to apply their creative potential even in the face of possible environmental obstacles within their organizations.
