4
Team Time: Review Did you complete steps 1 (Define) and 2 (Ask) of the Practical FBA process for one student? How did it go? Be prepared to discuss successes and/or concerns or problems.

8
Now… It’s time to put all this information together and write a behavior plan
9
Final Steps Complete the Behavior Pathway Find the Behavior Support Plan document and complete the pathway portion
10
Final Steps Brainstorm potential strategies for your behavior plan Setting event strategies Antecedent strategies Behavior teaching strategies Consequence strategies
11
Final Steps Develop the actual plan Find the Behavior Support Plan: Action Plan form What solutions have you selected? Who is responsible for each solution? When will each solution be started? What is the timeline for the intervention? What is the decision rule to determine success or failure?
12
Final Steps How will we evaluate our plan? What are short-term and long-term goals? What data will be collected? What are the procedures for collecting data? Who is responsible? What is the timeline? When will the plan be reviewed? How will the fidelity of the plan be evaluated?
13
What Data Will Be Collected? In addition to confirming the described behavior during the FACTS interview with an ABC observation, the team will likely also need to collect data on the frequency or duration of the behavior in order to evaluate progress over time. BSP_Observations.pptx
14
Before Our Next Session Implement the individual behavior plan you developed today Collect data on the intervention Repeat the Intervention Decision Process to determine if identified students need group or individual intervention Repeat the Practical FBA process for other students
15
Next Time Review individual behavior plans Understand the differences in developing and implementing a Tier 2 individual behavior plan and a Tier 3 individual behavior plan Re-assess your progress with the BAT Troubleshoot/Q and A
