OpenAnnotate Introduction Open source annotation tool developed by Technology Services Group Supported Formats Any format that can be rendered to PDF (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RTF, etc.) Any image format that can be converted to PNG (JPEG, TIFF, GIF, etc.)
